Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment by using a range of teaching strategies and resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and academic performance.
- Engage with parents and carers to foster close partnerships and support student progress.
- Contribute to the school’s objectives and uphold its values, ensuring high standards of discipline and behaviour.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Mathematics.
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods.
