NextGen Teachers is seeking enthusiastic Daily Supply Teachers to join our team and make an impact in well-resourced schools across West Sussex. Whether you're looking for ad hoc placements or longer-term opportunities, we have the perfect role for you.

The Role:As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will bring your expertise and energy to classrooms across EYFS and Key Stages 1 to 13 (depending on your experience and specifications).

Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and adapting seamlessly to different school settings. If you have a subject specialism we want to hear about it as our schools are keen to engage teachers with specific knowledge, and can utilise your experience for interventions, especially on the lead up to SATs, GCSE's and A Levels.

You'll Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools
  • A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude
  • Strong classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons that engage and inspire students
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school policies and procedures
  • Represent Teach Now professionally and positively
  • Provide feedback on student progress where required
