Engage Team are recruiting for an expierenced Inclusion Support Worker for our client based in Haywards Heath to work with pupils with complex SEMH, BESD, SEN needs.

Inclusion Support | Haywards Heath

As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will be working alongside the class teacher with small groups of children or on a one-to-one basis. You will be required to support students to encourage learning and development, building positive relationships, and promoting appropriate behaviour.

For this role, you will have experience of working with children and young people in some capacity such as a school, residential care, youth club, or sports coaching. We welcome applicants who are passionate about making a difference, with a good understanding of working with SEMH students, and have an interest in working with challenging, vulnerable or at-risk young people.
