You will also possess:

NEC 3/4 Accreditation is a Must
Healthcare experience essential
A Construction related degree qualification is highly desirable
Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Must maintain high service standards
Collaborative team player and able to work independently
Proven experience in managing healthcare projects
