- DCT Recruitment is looking for a skilled Joiner to join their team in Shipley, Derby (DE75).
- The role involves carpentry tasks such as installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, with a focus on 2nd fix joinery and fitting doors.
- Candidates must have proven experience as a joiner or carpenter and a valid CSCS card or be willing to obtain one.
- The position offers a salary of £23 per hour (CIS) with working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00.

Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and design plans
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials
- Repairing or replacing damaged wooden structures
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors as required
- All aspects of 2nd fix joinery
- Fitting doors & Fire doors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter
- Proficient in using various carpentry tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid CSCS card or willing to obtain one
- Must have UTR Number
Salary:
- £23 per hour (CIS)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00-17:00
