Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Retail Team Leader (22.5 hours a week)

Rate - Negotiable dependent upon experience

The Retail Team Leader for Countryside Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the retail operations across multiple countryside sites, including Shipley Country Park, Elvaston Castle, Middleton Top, High Peak Junction, and Tapton Lock.

The role involves ensuring high standards of customer service, maximizing sales and profitability, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail staff. The role will contribute to the overall visitor experience by providing a welcoming and efficient retail environment.

Duties include:

  • Carrying out market research on our retail offer across our sites
  • Troubleshooting our existing retail offer (merchandising, stock levels etc)
  • Provide day to day support for the retail team

  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
  • Experience in managing multiple retail locations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful retail strategies
