We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, medium-sized residential care home in West Hallam, known for its welcoming atmosphere and Good CQC rating. This home provides a supportive environment for both residents and staff, with a strong focus on person-centred care.

Were seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in elderly care who is passionate about high-quality service delivery and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:
