Project Planner

As a Project Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, covering all phases.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth project execution
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate scheduling conflicts or delays.
  • Utilize project planning software.
  • Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as needed to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Track progress against milestones and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the communication hub for project teams.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience as a planner or scheduler in the construction, engineering, or energy sector (preferably in power-related projects).
  • Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
