SEND Teaching Assistants NEEDED for Primary Schools in North Derbyshire!!

Salary: 425 - 500 per week
Locations: Ripley, Belper, Heanor, Langley Mill and the surrounding areas!
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

Career Teachers are seeking SEND Teaching Assistants on a full, part time and day-to-day basis to support within our Primary Schools located within North Derbyshire. We support a range of Primary Schools who are seeking extra support for their children with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the class teacher to ensure support is successful
- Providing one-on-one support to children with complex needs
- Assisting in the implementation of Individual Care Plans
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to meet the needs of all students

Requirements:
- Have recent experience supporting Key Stage 1 children
- Have recent experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Be genuinely committed to enhancing the educational and personal development of the child you are supporting
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain a new one
- References covering the last 2 years
