We are seeking a Business Administrator for a 6-9 month contract to support daily administrative tasks at a site in Heanor. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, managing phone lines, handling site visitors, booking travel arrangements, and assisting with purchases.   • Accuracy in record-keeping, documentation, and customer interactions

The finer elements of the role include:
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls, orders, and travel requests
  • Manage outgoing letters, parcels, samples, and notify recipients of incoming post
  • Handle ad-hoc purchases for departments from approved suppliers
  • Organise customer visits, including site inductions, room bookings, and food arrangements
  • Coordinate travel for team members as needed
  • Be the go-to contact for administrative queries and assist various teams across the business
