- At least 2 years in an administrative role, with strong organisational skills
- Accuracy in record-keeping, documentation, and customer interactions
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach to handling administrative and operational challenges
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls, orders, and travel requests
- Manage outgoing letters, parcels, samples, and notify recipients of incoming post
- Handle ad-hoc purchases for departments from approved suppliers
- Organise customer visits, including site inductions, room bookings, and food arrangements
- Coordinate travel for team members as needed
