Stores Operative Team Leader

This is a superb opportunity for Stores Operative Team Leader to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Stores Team Leader to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role
  • Participate in all aspects of Store operations
  • Control of Tools for our head office
  • Working to WB Power Services Ltd Procedures and using our own bespoke systems
  • Dealing with waste management
  • Build and maintain effective relations with other departments
  • Provide guidance and coaching for staff members
  • Support the Stores Manager and deputise in absence
  • Be a role model and lead the team to work together
  • Lead the way when introducing new products and systems.
  • Work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback
  • You may require to carry out tasks outside of your core responsibilities
The Person
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Team Leader or Manager role
  • Hold a full UK Driving license (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine care for the needs of customers and team members
  • The capability to deal with a variety of works
  • A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership skills
