PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Construction industry to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be based out of their head office in the East Midlands but will include site work nationwide.
Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring and executing the conditions of contracts including framework agreements, NEC and JCT for example.
- Manage all subcontract packages from commencement through to completion, with the primary purpose of agreeing all variations, final accounts in a timely manner, consistent and within contractual time frames.
- Prepare all valuations and final accounts in accordance with the contracts and submit to our clients for approval.
- Working alongside the production and estimating team ensuring that all commercial and financial information has been handed over to the operational team effectively.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course
- Experience in operating with JCT and NEC type contracts
- Experience working in the Construction industry, ideally within Oil, Gas or Aerospace sectors
- Valid full driving license
Quantity Surveyor Benefits
- Salary - 55,000 - 60,000
- Office based in East Midlands - Projects can be nationwide
