They are looking to take on Quantity Surveyor to keep up with an ever increasing workload.In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient execution of projects. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Technical Director, you will collaborate with Project and Installation Managers to manage costs, contracts, and risks, with a strong emphasis on health and safety. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, delivering precise reports, and contributing to the overall success of each project.

This varied role would suit a Quantity Surveyor within a construction or related industry, who is looking for a role in a UK leading company that offer progression opportunities, training to develop your skills and a strong salary package.The Role:

  • Lead project oversight from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to evaluate project feasibility and refine proposals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of material quantities, costs, and resource requirements pre-tender
  • Provide continuous support throughout project lifecycle, overseeing subcontractors and construction phases
  • Cultivate strong client and team relationships, facilitating seamless collaboration
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or related sectors
  • Proficiency in ISO standards and construction regulations
  • Expertise in cost control, financial analysis, and reporting
