Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join an ever growing organisation that has seen growth year on year for the past 3 years. They are looking to grow the team and to bring on an experienced finance professional who can help and support with the day to day runnung and assisting with the month end management accounts. To be considered, you will need to have excellent excel and communication skills and be able to influence at all levels 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of management accounts (income statement & balance sheet).
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliation's.
  • Intercompany reconciliation's.
  • Sales and purchases analysis.
  • Analysing various financial data and reporting.
  • Review staff expenses.
  • Liaising with and preparing audit evidence for statutory audit.
  • Preparation of VAT returns for UK and Ireland.
  • Completion and submission of monthly and annual ONS surveys.
  • Provide cover for other finance team colleagues, including both sales and purchase ledger functions.
  • Provide front-line financial support to our Italian entity and Group Financial Controller.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.

The role will require you to be in the offices 2 days per week and full study support is included.
