Venn Group working with an NHS Trust to recruit for an experienced Project to development and deliver the operational programme to ensure preparation and transfer of services to a new hospital. Please see below for more information around the contract:

Candidate profile:

  • To be responsible for the development and delivery of the operational programme to ensure effective preparation and transfer of services to the new hospital including workforce preparation and training, familiarisation for staff and service users, strategy for equipment procurement and provision, development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • To lead on all aspects of operational delivery for the programme of work to transition inpatient services from the Department of Psychiatry, in Eastbourne to the new Hospital.
  • To provide leadership, engagement and support to clinical and support services to ensure delivery of cultural, technological and organisational change. The post holder will need to work in partnership with clinical leads and clinical staff at all times throughput the programme.
  • Work with the CVH Technical Design Lead to approve fixtures, fittings and equipment samples for new hospital buildings in line with Trust Standard products and support the approval of any new products through the Trust's Product Review Group.
