The Role:As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be a key player in helping clients with everything from first-time buyer mortgages to more complex cases. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of the team, working with clients who value top-notch service and expert advice. With full support from the team, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best - advising and building lasting relationships.
What you’ll be doing:• Managing your own client base - hello, autonomy!• Advising clients on mortgage products that best suit their needs• Keeping clients happy every step of the way - customer service is the key to success• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients• Enjoying full admin and paraplanning support, so you can focus on the exciting stuff!

What we’re looking for:
• Recently qualified as a Mortgage Advisor
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the financial services industry• A passion for helping clients through the mortgage process with ease• Great communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships• Ability to work independently, but thrive as part of a supportive team
