Job Title: Technical Consultant
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid role with 1 day a week in the office)
About the Role: My client is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Consultant to join their growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading consultancy firm specialising in Output Management and MSFT Dynamics 365 ERP marketplace. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape their career path within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consultancy, advisory, and development services to customers.
- Attend customer meetings and provide pre-sales and consultancy advice.
- Develop and deliver services in line with best practices.
- Provide support and manage customer calls effectively.
- Liaise directly with customers and manage own workloads.
- Produce and document functional design reports.
- Embrace and enhance the team ethos and values of the company.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a Degree in Computer Science.
- Full driving license and car.
- Strong technical communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
- Customer-centric and team mentality.
Desirable Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics, JavaScript, SQL Queries, Azure resources, MS Visio, Low-Code development frameworks, Cloud Storage services, ESB Messaging, JSON & XML, and Application lifecycle management.
