Interim HR Business Partner (Change/Tupe)

Based in East Sussex, hybrid working

Length: 6 months – possibility of extension

Am East Sussex based District Council has a need for some additional support to help with general HR Business activities and also Change and TUPE management in relation to Devolution.

Key Responsibilities of the Interim HR Business Partner:

  • Help develop and deliver an ambitious OD agenda across the council
  • Undertake Work force, planning, case work (appeal or disciplinary stage)
  • Help with the councils devolution programme and help all members of the council understand what this means
  • Help create a council wide Change Management Tool kit with documents and supporting information
  • Liaising with Heads of Service and other HR Business Partners
  • Develop Council wide policy’s

Skills and experience required of the Interim HR Business Partner:

  • Qualified Level 7 CIPD professional
  • Experience in TUPE and Change
  • Local Government experience essential
