Interim HR Business Partner (Change/Tupe)
Based in East Sussex, hybrid working
Length: 6 months – possibility of extension

Am East Sussex based District Council has a need for some additional support to help with general HR Business activities and also Change and TUPE management in relation to Devolution.
Key Responsibilities of the Interim HR Business Partner:
- Help develop and deliver an ambitious OD agenda across the council
- Undertake Work force, planning, case work (appeal or disciplinary stage)
- Help with the councils devolution programme and help all members of the council understand what this means
- Help create a council wide Change Management Tool kit with documents and supporting information
- Liaising with Heads of Service and other HR Business Partners
- Develop Council wide policy’s
Skills and experience required of the Interim HR Business Partner:
- Qualified Level 7 CIPD professional
- Experience in TUPE and Change
- Local Government experience essential
