Tony Alan is excited to announce our exclusive partnership with a renowned organisation in East Sussex to recruit their Head of HR Business Partnering. They strive for excellence in everything they do and support their staff to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

As the Head of HR Business Partnering, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will lead a team transitioning to a proactive and strategic partnering model. Your role involves driving the people agenda and serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team, complementing operational HR activities. This will be a fixed term contract for a period of twelve months.

In this role, personal impact and credibility are essential to influence key decision makers and drive future growth. This is a pivotal position where such duties will include:

  • Manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners and OD specialists
  • Delivering on change management, succession planning, workforce review, talent management, employee engagement and employee relations
  • Stakeholder management. Coach and provide support to senior leadership team
  • Diagnose issues and define requirements through analysis, active listening, and targeted questioning, while supporting the team and senior leaders in developing and implementing effective solutions that align with legislation and best practices."
  • Lead the development and implementation of the HR partnering strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives

The successful individual will be a highly ambitious HR Business partner with extensive strategic partnering experience and strong leadership capabilities. If you have experience in organisational design and development, working closely with senior leaders to analyse diverse data and insights, collaborate across teams to identify solutions and implement interventions to improve the employee experience across multiple domains (talent, wellbeing, performance) that would be of great interest to my client.

You will possess a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing ongoing projects and delivering results on time. Strong business acumen, along with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills, is essential.
