As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide tailored compassionate care in hospital settings, supporting individuals to live independently and with dignity. Our unique transitional support model offers wrap-around care for those at risk of hospital admission or transitioning from hospital to home.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to individuals in hospital settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
  • Work with individuals with high-complex care in hospital settings for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, severe mental health, challenging behavior, and eating disorders.
  • Support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all individuals

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 2 acceptable).
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in similar healthcare settings and experience in support with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, epilepsy, mental health, challenging behavior and eating disorders.
  • Full UK driving license would be advantageous.
