A Further Education College in East Sussex is seeking a dedicated Lecturer in A Level Computer Science to inspire and support students in developing their knowledge and skills in the subject.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching for A Level Computer Science at Levels 1 & 2
Plan and assess engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements
Support students in their academic progress and career aspirations
Contribute to curriculum development and course planning
Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements
Requirements:
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field
Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Experience teaching Computer Science, ideally at A Level or similar levels
Strong knowledge of programming, algorithms, data structures, and emerging technologies
A commitment to student success and innovative teaching methods
