HR Director (9-12 Month Fixed Term Contract) Salary: 拢90,000 We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing significant transformation, seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the development and implementation of an innovative culture strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and evolve the HR landscape within a multi-entity organisation, with a strong focus on company consolidation, mergers and acquisitions, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Culture Strategy Development and Implementation: You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive culture strategy that aligns with the overall business goals. This includes fostering an inclusive, positive, and high-performance culture across the entire organisation.
路 M&A and Company Consolidation: Significant experience in company consolidation and M&A activity is essential. You will play a key role in driving cultural integration during these processes, leveraging your expertise to align multiple companies under one unified organisational culture.
路 Internal Communication: A major focus will be on internal communications. You will work closely with the leadership team to craft compelling narratives that reflect the company's values, vision, and strategic direction. Ensuring these messages are communicated consistently and effectively to all levels of the organisation is crucial.
路 Change Management Guidance: You will provide strategic support to leaders in managing organisational change, offering advice on how to handle complex transformations. Your guidance will be pivotal in helping leaders to navigate through change with clarity and confidence, ensuring smooth transitions and engagement at all levels.
Key Requirements:
路 Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role within a multi-entity organisation, with a strong track record of working on M&A and company consolidation projects.
路 In-depth knowledge of culture strategy development, change management, and internal communications.
路 Strong ability to influence and guide senior leaders through organisational change, with experience delivering results in complex environments.
路 Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for crafting and delivering compelling narratives.
