LHH are working in partnership with a leading global organisation to recruit a proactive HR Advisor to join their established People Team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation journey in a diverse working environment.

About the Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the full HR lifecycle including; talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and be a key player in driving the HR strategy forward. With our client being a high-growth business, your expertise in managing change and engaging key stakeholders will be invaluable.

What You Will Do:

  • Build strong relationships with the management team to support them on all employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with managers and leaders, using your communication and influencing skills
  • Support the development of impactful HR initiatives, leveraging your vast generalist HR experience
  • Lead the redefinition of people processes across the employment lifecycle, ensuring fantastic employee experiences
  • Utilise your technical skills to ensure data accuracy and regular reporting
  • Manage multiple priorities with exceptional organisational and time management abilities

Who We Are Looking For:

  • You have excellent knowledge of UK employment law
  • You have previous experience handling ER cases and prioritising your workload
  • You are an excellent communicator and possess strong stakeholder management skills
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
  • You have a curious and credible nature, along with an eye for detail
  • You are proficient in using HRIS systems and have strong IT skills
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset and strong organisational skills

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification is desirable (but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
