Role - HR Advisor
Contract - Permanent
Location - East Sussex / Hybrid
Salary - Circa £40,000
Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be exclusively supporting a Technology organisation based in East Sussex on the recruitment of an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
The role will report into the HRBP and will be first point of contact for HR related advice and guidance.
The role will still be very hands-on, handling HR Administration, but will encourage further progression into HR Advisor duties. Therefore this role will suit an experienced HR Administrator looking to step up or a HR Advisor looking to progress.
The role allows you to get involved in duties that you feel comfortable with and look for areas that you wish to progress in alongside completing the HR Administration requirements.
You will have / need:-
- A background in HR administration
- Excellent attention to detail
- A willingness to progress within HR
- Excellent knowledge of MS applications
- Used to working with HRIS
- Used to dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Ideally CIPD Qualified
This organisation offers hybrid working of 2 days office and 3 from home.
The salary on offer is up to around £40,000 DOE plus benefits.
