We are looking for a talented IT Administrator to join our Technology department on-site in East Sussex . In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization and maintenance of our clients IT systems while delivering top-notch support to the internal stakeholders.Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Manage Microsoft 365 suite, including user administration, email setup, and troubleshooting.
Administer hybrid Active Directory/Entra systems, handling user accounts, group policies, and access controls.
Oversee software and hardware installations, upgrades, and patches, minimizing operational disruptions.
Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity.
Implement and maintain backup solutions, safeguarding critical data and facilitating disaster recovery.
Collaborate with teams to meet ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials standards, performing audits and implementing security measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Proven IT administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux proficiency.
Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network administration expertise.
Familiarity with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials standards is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
