Role and Experience LevelAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (1+ PQE), Legal Executive, or an experienced Paralegal (2+ years) to join the firm's dynamic and busy Family Law Department. This role is based at the Staplehurst office, with occasional travel to the St Leonards office for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing or assisting with a diverse caseload of Family Law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, domestic abuse cases, and nuptial agreements.
  • Drafting correspondence, court applications, and legal documents.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, third parties, counsel, and the courts.
  • Preparing and managing documentation for court proceedings, including briefing counsel and using the court portal.
  • Providing legal advice and support through face-to-face meetings, telephone consultations, and written communication.
