- Answering telephone calls and handling correspondence
- Managing office admin, including scanning, filing, and post
- Setting up new client files on the system
- Preparing legal bundles and letters before action
- Assisting with monthly billing and accounts dockets
- Previous administration experience (legal experience desirable)
- Strong skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to touch type to a good standard
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
