Our leading client are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy team in Sussex on a full-time, permanent basis.
In order to be successful, you will need at least 2 years of experience working within a similar role. A Paralegal qualification / law degree would be an advantage. Strong conveyancing knowledge will be essential for this role, as well as great organisation and deadline management skills.
Duties include:
- Preparing cost quotes for clients.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Dealing with client queries and providing them with updates on their cases.
- Managing a caseload from instruction to completion.
- Conducting searches and due diligence checks.
