Description
As the Payroll Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries
- Preparing reports for the Accounting & Finance Department
- Collaborating with the HR Department on employee issues
- Assisting with year-end processes, such as tax returns
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding payroll information
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
- Proven experience in a payroll position
- Excellent knowledge of payroll software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
