Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons that engage Year 2 pupils.
- Support the development of core skills in reading, writing, and numeracy, while encouraging curiosity and creativity.
- Regularly assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers to ensure a high standard of education.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's overall development.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching Year 2 or Key Stage 1 is highly beneficial.
- A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with strong classroom management skills.
