An extremely well established electrical manufacturer are looking for a Commercial & Project Delivery Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Salary: DOE
Location: East Sussex
Duties:
- Manage a small team of sales engineers
- Lead tender negotiations
- Take the commercial lead of projects ensuring timely delivery
- Regularly review projects with all key stakeholders to ensure projects are meeting requirements of cost, specification and quality
- Work closely with business development managers to advise on leads and opportunities
- Develop customer relationships
- Maintain and review accurate pipeline schedules
Requirements:
- 5+ years commercial experience
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry
- Hands-on man management
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial and technical requirements
