Project Manager - Small Works
35,000 to 40,000 + Plus Package
East Sussex
My client specialises in the installation of high end living space including windows, doors and conservatories. Due to their growth and wanting to expand further they require an experienced Project Manager to support with this and ensure that the projects are managed effectively. Most of their sites are in Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex.
Duties:
- Manage around 10 sites at one time
- Travel to the sites
- Deliver the projects on time and onbudget
- Procure material
- Deliver exceptional customer service to the client and ensure they are kept up to speed with the progress of the project.
- Manage costs and ensure you do not overspend
Requirements:
CSCS card
Previous trades experience - (windows, doors, carpentry, groundwork's etc)
Previous experience of managing multiple sites
Previous experience of working with subcontractors
