We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Dental Reception to join our dynamic team and lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the dental reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
• Oversee patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, and minimize wait times.
• Maintain accurate patient records, handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Manage front-desk activities, including patient check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
• Supervise administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and managing patient payments.
• Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other team members to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
• Train, support, and motivate the reception team, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Resolve any patient complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all relevant dental industry standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental reception.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, patient management software, and dental insurance processes is highly desirable.
• A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team.
