We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join a committed staff support team at a thriving secondary school in Hailsham.

About the Role:

  • You will supervise students in the classroom when a teacher is absent, creating a positive learning environment and ensuring students stay engaged and on task.
  • You will build rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.
  • You will provide support and guidance to students when needed, ensuring they understand the work and can complete it effectively.
