A Further Education College in East Sussex is seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Travel & Tourism for a temporary position. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons in Travel & Tourism, adapting content to meet student needs
Develop course materials and lesson plans aligned with industry standards and curriculum requirements
Inspire students by incorporating real-world case studies, guest speakers, and field trips
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their academic and career development
Stay updated with the latest trends in travel, tourism, and hospitality to ensure course content remains relevant
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and teaching strategies
Requirements:
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
Industry experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students
