Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure effective tenancy management services are provided such as:
o H&S check
o Provide advice and support to vulnerable and elderly residents
o Refer tenants to external services when necessary
- Ensure databases are kept up to date
- Assist with ad hoc tasks such as increasing awareness of the councils presence across the borough
Candidate requirements:
- This role will involve working from multiple locations across the borough so having a driving license with access to own vehicle is important
- Previous experience of working within social housing with vulnerable populations
