Expertise in C# and .NET is required, along with experience in managing legacy VB platforms and knowledge of Azure and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, and the client cannot offer sponsorship.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role. Maintaining coding standards and best practices while troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
Expertise in C# and .NET, with experience managing legacy VB platforms.
Team leadership experience.
Knowledge of Azure and Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
