This position is for a Head of Supply Chain who is responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment. The individual will need to ensure smooth operations, from procurement to delivery, in a busy and fast-paced setting.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
- Identify and manage risks within the supply chain.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Regularly review and report on supply chain performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
