Your Role:

  • Handle administrative duties including emails, deliveries, and mail distribution with precision.
  • Maintain a spotless reception area, ensuring it's always welcoming and professional.
  • Process incoming deliveries and manage outgoing post, including organising couriers and managing the FedEx account.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, assisting with tasks like scanning, copying, and data input.
  • Support meeting room logistics, keeping spaces organized and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Stay on top of office supplies, ordering stationery and tracking office expenses.
  • Help with managing company vehicles and assist with errands as needed by senior staff.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a corporate receptionist role, showcasing your professionalism and expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • A confident and professional appearance that represents the company's brand.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking and reception systems.
