Are you experienced in a factory setting and looking for an opportunity to make an impact?

Talento Group is recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Officer who is a local Plastic Manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and promoting collaboration across the business.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Conduct in-depth assessments of existing processes across all departments, identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work with team leaders and department heads to ensure seamless coordination of process changes, facilitating communication and alignment between departments.
  • Project Leadership : Lead continuous improvement projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring that changes deliver measurable results and align with company goals.
  • Lean Manufacturing Initiatives : Introduce and implement Lean Manufacturing principles, helping to streamline operations and eliminate waste across the factory.
  • Data-Driven Solutions : Use data and KPIs to monitor process performance, identify trends, and drive decisions that support long-term operational success.
  • Training & Development : Provide guidance and support to teams on continuous improvement techniques, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

 

About You:

  • Manufacturing Expertise: Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement is essential.
  • Problem Solver : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to work across all levels of the organisation, facilitating change and promoting best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset : A passion for driving operational excellence, with experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
