- Deliver engaging training for Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor, Level 5 Coaching Professional, and Level 5 Management apprenticeship standards.
- Design and implement structured lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual learners, ensuring compliance with curriculum standards.
- Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions, guiding apprentices in developing leadership, management, and coaching skills.
- Conduct regular assessments to track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Stay updated with best practices and industry standards, incorporating innovative methods to enrich the learning experience.
- Proven experience in delivering management and leadership training at Levels 3 and 5, preferably in an apprenticeship or work-based learning environment.
- Relevant qualifications in management, coaching, or a related field (e.g., ILM, CMI certifications).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple learners and their needs simultaneously.
- Hold a full teaching qualification: PGCE, PCET, DTLLS desirable
- Recognised Assessor award: A1, TAQA or CAVA
