- Plan and deliver quality teaching and learning sessions, both classroom and remote, to apprentices working towards their Customer Service and Business Administration qualifications.
- Provide constructive feedback offering advice and support to meet and exceed the required standard for End Point Assessment.
- Observe learners in their place of work and/or remotely, to gather quality evidence towards their apprenticeship standard.
- Review and assess portfolios of evidence using the e-portfolio system.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners to achieve distinction at EPA.
- Uphold procedures to Safeguarding learners, reporting appropriately, and ensuring Prevent Duty is upheld.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all learners and parties contacting the business.
- Hold a full teaching qualification: PGCE, PCET, DTLLS
- Recognised Assessor award: A1, TAQA or CAVA
- Experience of online learning and assessment platforms.
- Understand different learning styles and how to differentiate through various teaching methods.
- Be able to motivate self and learners.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle must be flexible with travel. (Business insurance is compulsory)
