Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK
  • Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning
  • Present solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
  • Manage your existing customer accounts and renewals
  • To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
  • To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system
  • Working closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities
  • To gain Bills and a letter of authority (LOA) from the customer
  • To deal with any objections that are presented with a view to turn the objection around in to an opportunity
  • Ensure all information gathered for any customer is accurate and compliant
  • To represent the business in a professional manner at all times
  • Working as part of a team alongside an experienced Closing Specialist who will assist all parties in ensuring the lead is closed

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in telesales in either a B2B or B2C.
  • Energy Experience is desirable but not essential
  • Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual,
  • Be able to generate business opportunities with confidence
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working in Target driven environment with ability to succeed
  • Punctual & Presentable
  • Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills
  • Be able to show initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques
  • Adaptable to change within the business needs

Experience

  • Sales within Energy Industry: 6 Months (Desirable)
  • Telesales Experience B2B or B2C: 6 Months (Required)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and KPIs
  • IT Literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year. Once graduated from Academy you will be able to increase through our Salary Matrix programme.
