Location: Based in Hebburn, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week, supporting projects and servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities of the EHS Advisor:
Â
- Drive exceptional EHS performance across all work sites.
- Foster an EHS-driven culture by engaging with employees and contractors at all levels to influence behaviour.
- Provide up-to-date EHS advice to address evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Ensure conformance with EHS standards through the management of externally certified systems (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share best practices and elevate EHS standards.
- Lead incident investigations and disseminate lessons learned to continuously enhance safety.
- Develop and implement EHS risk-based strategies to address key safety areas.
- Ensure compliance with EHS training and competency requirements, delivering induction training where necessary.
- Identify opportunities for digitalisation to meet future EHS needs.

What You Bring:

- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Experience in incident investigation and auditing
- Membership with IOSH (or working towards it)
- A UK driving licence for occasional travel to work and customer sites
