Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and be influential in your approach to helping us build great teams across our brands.

You will provide pro-active and professional in-house recruitment support to the hiring managers within your business area.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Proactively managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding
  • Ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Advertising vacancies using our HR system, job boards and social media platforms
  • Proactive sourcing of passive candidates using innovative recruitment techniques
  • Providing on-going support to senior stakeholders throughout the process, advising of best practice
  • Managing a range of recruitment activities including; CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, open evenings, etc
  • Utilising our global HR system to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates
  • Actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment

Helpful skills and qualifications

  • Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency
  • Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling
  • Experience of working with an ATS or HR system
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, across various channels
  • Extremely organised, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
