We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient order processing, and supporting procurement and compliance activities.

General Responsibilities

Data Entry

  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure documentation complies with internal procurement and compliance standards.

  • Support the maintenance and regular updates of the approved supplier register.

  • Prepare and submit reports, including returns tracking and parts movement data from both production and service departments.

  • Provide timely and accurate information to support internal production tracking and reporting tools.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated understanding of and adherence to business processes and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan ahead and manage competing priorities.

  • Resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to unexpected challenges.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Capable of compiling and presenting accurate, data-driven reports.
