We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient order processing, and supporting procurement and compliance activities.

Data Entry

Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure documentation complies with internal procurement and compliance standards.

Support the maintenance and regular updates of the approved supplier register.

Prepare and submit reports, including returns tracking and parts movement data from both production and service departments.

Provide timely and accurate information to support internal production tracking and reporting tools.
