Our client is looking to recruit Warehouse Managers to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
- Workload planning and volume forecasting
- Manage operation/department to budget
- Identify and implement productivity and Quality improvements
- Lead site succession/talent development for the site
- Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site PI matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
- Previous and practical experience as a warehouse manager within a busy logistics environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
- People management and engagement experience
- Ability to develop colleagues and first line managers

Pay Rate: £39,000 - £41,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday office hours
