Electricial Supervisor
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor based in Sleaford who specialize in commercial and industrial installations.
Due to expansion, they are currently looking for Electricial Supervisors to join their team on a permanent basis, Working hours: 7am-5pm.
Salary negotiable + package including van + fuel card
Job Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee electrical installations and ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to address any concerns or requests.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and submit site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required
Position Requirements:
- 18th edition
- 2391 Test and Inspection (advantageous)
- C&G Level 3
- IPAF/ PASMA (advantageous)
- SSSTS (advantageouss)
- ECS/CSCS card
