Hours: Monday - Friday- 9-5pm

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity as a Clinical Quality Nurse Officer in West Yorkshire.

Job Description:

As a Clinical Quality Nurse Officer you will be a key member of the quality team leading and providing advice on IPC and clinical risk, oversight of clinical risk in nursing / Residential services and delegate nursing tasks, Robust medications management and contribute to embedding positive behaviour support , which ensures the safety of our children, young people and adults meets the objectives of the trust.

This is a new role, which the successful candidate will have a large role in shaping to suit the needs of the organisation. Because of this, there will be autonomy and room for creativity. There will still be a huge amount of support available, as the candidate will work alongside a qualified Nurse and an NA as well as our Clinical Leads in OT, SLT and Physio.

Experience:

Previous experience of dealing with regulatory bodies e.g Ofsted and CQC.
Experience of quality management processes, root cause analysis and report writing.
Experience of influencing colleagues that the person does not line manage and support them to make improvements.
Experience of managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications required for the role:

Active Registered Nursing Pin -NA, RGN or RNLD
NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership and Management / Willing to work towards ( Desirable)
A willingness to undertake relevant qualifications and training relevant to the role.
