Sales Administrator HeckmondwikeSite based £25,000Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a Manufacturing Business in Heckmondwike, who are looking to expand their team with a Sales Administrator. This will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth execution of order fulfilment and logistics processes.Key duties of the Sales Administrator include:
- Assist the sales team by processing orders, quotes and returns, raising credit notes and daily invoices and managing sales documentation
- Be the go-to person for customer queries and support, including calls and emails
- Acknowledge orders back to the customer, advising them of any quantity changes, changes to delivery dates, etc
- Booking in deliveries, sending delivery notes and updating proofs of delivery
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, advising stock availability and providing order updates
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- Experience of using ERP systems (D365 desirable)
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Customer Service & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Order processing experience
